Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WirelessCEO platform, including wirelessceo.ai and all associated subdomains and services (the "Platform"), operated by WIRELESSCEO LLC ("WirelessCEO," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Platform is intended for business use by wireless repair store owners, operators, and technicians.

2. Account Registration

To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and not share it with third parties
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. The Marketplace

WirelessMarketplace connects wireless repair stores ("Stores") with micro soldering technicians ("Technicians") for board-level repair jobs, and provides an Exchange for buying and selling parts, devices, and equipment between verified users.

For Stores: By posting a repair job, you represent that the device belongs to you or your customer, that you have authority to authorize repair work, and that the details provided are accurate.

For Technicians: By submitting a quote, you represent that you have the skills and equipment to complete the described work, that your stated qualifications are accurate, and that you will complete accepted jobs in a professional and timely manner.

Blind Quoting: Technician identities are hidden from Stores until a quote is accepted. Store and buyer identities may be hidden from sellers until offer acceptance, depending on the transaction type. You agree not to attempt to circumvent this system.

4. Payments and Escrow

All payments on the Platform are processed through Stripe, Inc. By using payment features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Funds for accepted repair jobs are held in escrow until the Store approves job completion
Payouts are processed manually and are not automatically transferred
WirelessCEO charges a platform fee on transactions, disclosed at the time of each transaction
Disputes must be raised through the Platform's dispute process within 7 days of job completion
WirelessCEO is not responsible for work quality, device damage, or disputes between users

5. Device Liability

WirelessCEO is a platform that facilitates connections between independent parties. We are not a party to any repair transaction and do not assume liability for:

Damage to devices during shipping or repair
Quality of repair work performed by Technicians
Accuracy of diagnoses or repair estimates
Loss of data on devices submitted for repair

Users are solely responsible for backing up device data before shipping and for negotiating any liability terms directly between themselves.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Circumvent the Platform's payment system by transacting directly after initial contact
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Platform
Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
Submit devices for repair that are stolen or involved in illegal activity

7. Exchange Listings

Users who list parts, devices, or equipment on the Exchange represent that they have legal title to the listed items, that item descriptions are accurate, and that items are not stolen or subject to legal encumbrance. WirelessCEO reserves the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by WIRELESSCEO LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@wirelessceo.ai. Pending transactions will be resolved according to our standard process upon termination.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WIRELESSCEO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRELESSCEO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
