• Business information: Store name, address, type of business, and related details provided during registration or profile setup.
• Transaction data: Details of repair jobs posted, quotes submitted, payments made, and marketplace transactions conducted through the Platform.
• Communications: Messages sent between users through the Platform's messaging features.
• Waitlist submissions: Email addresses submitted to join product waitlists.

We also collect information automatically when you use the Platform:

• Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
• Device information including hardware model and operating system
• Usage data including features accessed and actions taken within the Platform

Waitlist. If you join a product waitlist on wirelessceo.ai, we store the email address you submit, the product you asked about, and the date of your request. We use this only to contact you when that product becomes available. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or add it to marketing lists unrelated to the product you asked about. To have your entry removed, write to privacy@wirelessceo.ai. To limit automated abuse of the waitlist form we also record a one-way cryptographic hash of the submitting IP address; we do not store the address itself and cannot recover it from the hash.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Facilitate transactions between stores and technicians on the Marketplace
• Process payments and manage escrow wallets through our payment processor (Stripe)
• Send transactional emails related to your account and jobs
• Notify you about product updates, new features, and waitlist openings

• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the Platform

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below:

• Other users: As required to facilitate marketplace transactions. Store names are visible to technicians on job postings; technician identities remain hidden until a quote is accepted (blind quoting system).
• Service providers: Third-party vendors including Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (infrastructure), Resend (email), and Twilio (SMS notifications) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to you.

4. SMS Notifications

A mobile phone number is required when you create an account, and is used to send you alerts about your own activity on the Platform, such as repair job and parts request updates. Separately, you may choose to receive SMS text notifications about marketplace activity, such as when a nearby shop posts a repair job or a parts request. SMS notifications are optional: you opt in by ticking the SMS consent box during signup, and consent is never a condition of creating an account or using the Platform.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is transmitted to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you have requested, and for no other purpose.

Message frequency varies based on marketplace activity and the notification preferences you select. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at privacy@wirelessceo.ai. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@wirelessceo.ai. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
