• Other users: As required to facilitate marketplace transactions. Store names are visible to technicians on job postings; technician identities remain hidden until a quote is accepted (blind quoting system).
• Service providers: Third-party vendors including Stripe (payments), Firebase/Google (infrastructure), Resend (email), and Twilio (SMS notifications) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
• Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice provided to you.

4. SMS Notifications

A mobile phone number is required when you create an account, and is used to send you alerts about your own activity on the Platform, such as repair job and parts request updates. Separately, you may choose to receive SMS text notifications about marketplace activity, such as when a nearby shop posts a repair job or a parts request. SMS notifications are optional: you opt in by ticking the SMS consent box during signup, and consent is never a condition of creating an account or using the Platform.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is transmitted to our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely to deliver the messages you have requested, and for no other purpose.

Message frequency varies based on marketplace activity and the notification preferences you select. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at privacy@wirelessceo.ai. Reply HELP for assistance.

5. Payment Information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information and can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
